Support the Mission

Because our store operates to fund a non-profit mission (providing free support to soldiers), we handle returns with the following guidelines:

  • Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and certain personal care items (like water bottles) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged item or the wrong size, please contact us at our support email immediately so we can make it right.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
